Cotton Commodity Trading Rotational Associate:
Over a two\-year period, you will gain experience in Merchandising and Trading within our Cargill Cotton business\. The rotational assignment allows you to learn different areas including cash origination, destination sales, and trading and risk management\. You will also gain experience in operations, including warehousing, shipping and logistics\. During the rotation, you will tackle real challenges, cultivate your curiosity, have client exposure, and gain a deeper understanding or the merchandising and trading area of Cargill, one of the largest privately held companies in the world\.
Your rotational experience will include the following:
Develop detailed knowledge of the trading and financial risk management activities of a commodity business
General exposure to Cargill?s North American Agricultural Supply Chain including grain and soybean crush activities
Develop detailed knowledge of the Cotton business operations by working with Operations and Trade execution as well as the Finance team
Mentor assignment: Broaden your perspective on career development, gain problem\-solving insights, and enhance your ability to navigate the organizational culture with the aid of an assigned mentor\.

Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor?s or Master?s degree from an accredited program, graduating between December 2018 and August 2019
Overall 3\.0 GPA or higher
Successfully completed, currently enrolled, or planning to complete before graduating either a micro or macro introductory college\-level economics course
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
All candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate
Right to work in the U\.S\. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third\-party employer
Must be able to complete essential functions of this job as outlined in the job description with or without reasonable accommodations
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited program with a major or emphasis in Business, Economics or Agricultural Economics graduating between December 2018 and August 2019
Fluency in Spanish or another second language

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
