Project Coordinator
Our client, a multinational Medical Equipment Manufacturer company, is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a 1
year temporary position with the opportunity for an extension.
The position is located in Charlotte, NC.

00pm Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Perform Open Order Processing and investigative analysis to ensure proper lot codes are being utilized including lot/inventory transfer activity, etc.
Participate in the Flow charting and documentation of processes and procedures related to project.
Assist in the project status reporting as established by the Project Team management.
Perform project focused IS support to the project team members.
Perform Field Inventory Cycle counting support as required for the project Assist in the compliance of company logistics goals and objectives during project.
Experience in creating SOPs, training documents, and reporting via MS Office Suite applications.
Performs asset reviews and recommends asset movements to provide sales support and increased utilization.
You are required to have a Bachelor's Degree, minimum of four (4) years experience in a related field (e.
g.
Operations, Logistics, Business Analyst, Business Consultant), Microsoft Office suite applications and analysis skills, and ERP systems experience.
