- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment, including bartending, food production, and hotel services - Manage and coordinate banquet and catering events - Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Train and supervise staff members to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures - Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to achieve business objectives Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure - Proficient in computer software applications related to hotel management Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or skills required for this position.
