Previous experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities include:
general repair and maintenance of appliances, interior and exterior building repairs, plumbing, electrical, etc.
AC/heating knowledge preferred.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of general maintenance to diagnose and perform repairs.
A valid driver's license is required.
HVAC certification may be required.
