Duties Include:
Front desk reception/management, some insurance processing, assisting doctors and other team members in various areas, office organization & cleanliness, some internal office marketing & event coordination.
You will work with the rest of the team to make life impacts in the community.
Essentially, you will be responsible for all aspects of the patients' experience in our clinics.
From managing patient accounts and payments to ensuring patients are exceptionally happy during their experience, the Chiropractic Assistant performs many roles! Assets:
High-energy personality, flexible, self-starter, team-player, punctual, fast-learner, detailed & organized, great communication skills, desire to take ownership of role, willing to perform beyond expectations, proficient with computers; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
Must also be familiar with managing Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
We are looking for a high-quality candidate with a natural-health-oriented way of thinking and/or prior experience in a chiropractic office for a long-term position with growth and bonus opportunities.
REQUIRED:
Reliable transportation and if you have children, reliable backup childcare.
